I have been a patient there for over two years now and I would never want to go anywhere else!! They all are so very friendly and welcoming. They treat everyone with so much respect. I actually enjoy going to my appointments. When have you ever heard that before? Dr Gibson retired and Dr Mask has picked up right where he left off and is a real professional. Dr Gibson was great to talk sports with and so is Dr Mask. It’s like going to visit friends and having your teeth taken care of at the same time. More

I am a transplant to the area who had poor experiences at 2 previous area dentists. The Holidays brought me an infection. When googling, Lanco was listed as an emergency dental care facility and agreed to see me the morning following my call. Not only did they not disappoint, they blew me away with good listening skills, gentle care, a patient approach to the complex issue I had, a referral to a local prosthodontist with a solid reputation, reasonable fees, attention to insurance, and an Rx for an antibiotic so I could get comfortable again. Thanks to everyone on the team. It is obvious to those of us who benefit from your work that you deeply care about the person you are dealing with and I totally get that on many days that can be very hard to do. In gratitude! Today my daughter decided to knock out my front tooth while playing. After my wife had called several places and today being a Saturday the soonest I was looking at to be seen was Monday. Then she called LANCO and they said leave now and we'll take care of you.. I haven't seen a dentist in a long time and the longer I go the more I resist to even try. We left and they got me in right away like a true emergency should be handled. It was stress and worry free didnt make a big deal or lecture me. Can't say thank you enough! More

I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time and the longer it went the less I wanted to go. I didn't want to be lectured and talked down to about what I should have been doing but there was none of that from LANCO Dental Care. They were friendly and professional with no high pressure pitches for procedures I didn't want or need. I have a sense of relief and peace of mind for finally seeing a dentist and they did it without the stress and embarrassment I was expecting. More

Only thing is I wish they were an in network provider for United Concordia dental, I had to pay out of pocket. Otherwise 5 star experience! More

I had such a great experience here! From the moment I walked in the door they made me feel so welcome. My hygienist was so friendly and personable and did a great job with my cleaning. Dr. Mask is very knowledgeable and down to earth. I felt like he really listened and made the best recommendations for my situation. After having one bad experience after another at supposed 5-star practices, Lanco Dental Care, by far, supercedes the service and care of the others. My hygienist, Chloe, was patient, kind, and explained everything in detail to me. I ask alot of questions and have a strong personality which didn't phase her. Dr. Mask also was patient and kind, was able to answer all my questions, and then provided a treatment plan. I had become leary of dentists after receiving mediocre care from multiple practices. Not here! If you are looking for a practice that treats you with respect, listens and participates in a discussion to solve teeth problems, then this is the practice for you! After you have a great dentist visit (did I just say that) you will check out with Samantha, who is sweet as can be. She will provide you with detailed information about upcoming visits. I recently decided to switch to Dr. Gibson's practice because I didn't feel I was getting the best service at the previous practice. After my first comprehensive exam, I have a strong feeling that this is going to work out. I was greeted with big smiles as soon as I walked in (Sam and Mandi). Actually, from the time I walked in to the time I walked out, the entire staff was friendly and pleasant. During the exam, the assistant (Leah I think :), the Hygienist (Elaine), and Dr. Gibson all took the time to make sure I was comfortable. Each one of them took the time to explain every step and their evaluation of what they were observing. The explanations were thorough and complete. I did not sense I was being rushed out and that it was all about making $$$. I have a really good feeling that this is going to work out and look forward to my next appointment to get some fillings. (<--- Ok, not looking forward to the fillings, but I do believe good dentistry care is in my future) P.S. They have a savings club/plan for the folks without insurance that I found to be a worthwhile bonus. More

My experience was exceptional from beginning (a greeting from Samantha) through my procedure (with Dr. Gibson, Leah, and Abby) to the farewell from Mandy. Efficient, friendly, and pleasant. Who knew you could actually enjoy a visit to the dentist? You absolutely can at Gibson Dental Care. More

I had a front tooth that needed immediate care and Dr. Gibson scheduled me the very next morning. The tooth had too many filings so they put on a temporary crown until my permanent crown comes in. The staff is always professional, knowledgable, and caring. More
