I am a transplant to the area who had poor experiences at 2 previous area dentists. The Holidays brought me an infection. When googling, Lanco was listed as an emergency dental care facility and agreed to see me the morning following my call. Not only did they not disappoint, they blew me away with good listening skills, gentle care, a patient approach to the complex issue I had, a referral to a local prosthodontist with a solid reputation, reasonable fees, attention to insurance, and an Rx for an antibiotic so I could get comfortable again. Thanks to everyone on the team. It is obvious to those of us who benefit from your work that you deeply care about the person you are dealing with and I totally get that on many days that can be very hard to do. In gratitude! I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time and the longer it went the less I wanted to go. I didn't want to be lectured and talked down to about what I should have been doing but there was none of that from LANCO Dental Care. They were friendly and professional with no high pressure pitches for procedures I didn't want or need. I have a sense of relief and peace of mind for finally seeing a dentist and they did it without the stress and embarrassment I was expecting. More
